I had taken course business analytics from simplilearn. My consultant was binnu c. I told her on call that i wanted to cancel my course in April 2021
Now propell didn't receive the amount back. My cibil score has gone down because again this mess. Why will I pay for something which I have not taken any lectures for. There were never any email from simplilearn for any lectures schedule. So how m i payable. Simplilearn should have returned the amount to propell.
