I took a loan from Propelld Team for doing my PG through Newton School, but now I am unable to do so due to personal problems, so I asked them to cancel my loan, for which I mailed them and talked to them on phone but there has not been any action from them since last 21 days and the people from Propelld Team is consistently badgering me to pay the EMI even though I am not taking the course anymore. I am receiving threatening phone calls, emails, messages and legal notices, They literally ran to my house to collect the loan amount and harassing my parents as well.
While filling out the form for loan approval they did not even allow to read the agreement or terms and conditions for the loan but later on they are using the same agreement as a weapon against me. Kindly help me with this situation! It getting more and more difficult for me to stay sane these days.
