[Resolved] Proptiger — Amount against credit note | |||||
I booked a flat in Amrapali Sapphire (R-504) in 2014. It was a ready to move property as per Proptiger but ever after 3 years I am not able to move as it is not yet ready!!! completely false commitment by Proptiger !!! My 95% payment gone since it was ready to move property as per Proptiger:-( Proptiger also issued a credit note saying they will refund the amount latest immediately once I make 45 % payment to builder. I made all the payment to builder and still waiting for credit note amount from Proptiger. I have been following up since last 3 years for my credit note amount but every time they say that they have not received their commission from builder which is highly unlikely as I paid full amount to builder and builder has no reason not to pay to proptiger as they have already received money from me !. I am really regretting going to proptiger for this deal which has resulted in complete harassment for customer like me.
