Kindly confirm when you will release credit note amount . I had book Flat via Prop-tiger in 12/08/2011 in Amrapali Terrace home noida extension, Unit no -F8-608 . i have taken multiple fellow-up on customer care no and sending email multiple time I had paid 60% of Basic cost 2 Month before, in trailing mail you expecting end of March, 14 it process to release, now +3 Month going over, please confirm me exact time frame. i will awaited your response regarding same. Dear Sir/Madam,
We have booked a 2bhk flat thru proptiger. Where your sale person Mr. Shirsh give us in writing to give the intensive after 40% payment, We have make payment 2 year ago 40%, And before due time also because Mr. Shirsh Sharma misguide us. (We have all proof ) but we have got only half (55%) intensive, for rest we have called many times to Mr. shirsh sharma (sales), Mr. takural to noida office, But no person is taking us seriously, not willing to make payment.
Why should we have to go court ? and demand our money with interest.
Our flat no is RSN0161 in UNITECH Residence, sector117, noida

I am happy to write now that Mr. Rahil from customer care of Proptiger called me after lodging my complaint and told to us that he will do better to release our balance payment. At least we got our balance payment on 17/7/2014. Mr. rahil is first man of proptiger who pick phone calls and solve our problem.
