Hello, i srishty is facing continuous harrasement from prospexiv technology.
It started when through quikr i thought of going for home based job. I got a call from ms keni roy of prospexiv technology telling me about form filling job. I asked her to send me details through mail. When she sent i realized i won't be able to do this work. For this, when i tried to inform by calling she didn't pick up the phone and then i messaged her through whatsapp but i didn't get any reply from her side.
After a month or so around 29/1/19 i got a call saying i need to pay 30 k as i have done breach of agreement... But i hadn't sign any. They photoshop my sign rather name from the part which i did to open the software to read the details. Anyhow again i got a call on 23/2/19 saying i need to give 11 k to escape from some sections.
Now today 17/3/19, i got a. Call in the afternoon that i need to pay 18510 k so that prospexiv withdraw the case against me.
First two. Calls from latur court and third one was from rcb court, delhi.
After the first two calls i searched net and came to know through this site that how prospexiv technology is fooling and harrassing people. So, when this third call came i asked for my court. Case. Number and the lawyer's licence number on which the said lawyer ms divya got angry and spoke rudely with me.
It's my request to kindly help me out from. This given situation. The harrasement from. Prospexiv technology through calls and messages is disturbing me a lot. Was this information helpful? |
