Subject: Complaint Regarding Abusive and Rude Bus Conductor
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the behavior of a bus conductor employed by PRTC on the 20th of May 2023, at approximately 11:30 am. I boarded a PRTC bus from Kurali and initially purchased a ticket from Kurali to kharar using my Aadhaar card. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to travel to Chandigarh instead. When I requested the conductor to issue me a ticket to Chandigarh, he responded by verbally abusing me and displaying extremely rude behavior. Furthermore, he refused to accept my Aadhaar card as a valid identification document and insisted that I pay in cash for the ticket.
I would like to emphasize that the conductor's actions were completely unwarranted and disrespectful. As a paying passenger, I have the right to request a ticket to my desired destination and to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. It is highly unacceptable for a representative of your organization to behave in such a demeaning and offensive manner towards a passenger.
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the bus conductor involved. It is crucial that your staff members are trained to handle customer requests and complaints in a respectful and helpful manner.
I trust that you will address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents of this nature do not recur in the future. I also request that you inform me of the actions taken in response to this complaint.
