Py 01 bv 5178 bus on 17/01/2024 4.am trip to Chennai the bus was filled with passengers reserved seats too . I've reserved two seats and that was occupied by non reserved passengers on asking the conductor he spoke harsh words as that to stand for whole trip as I didn't come at 3.50 am after a long quarrel I was made to sit on my seat this is soo ridiculous and I'm mentally disturbed by these activities by concerned prtc employee. It's been a regular practice done at the reservation buses . The act of reservation is been meaningless for prtc corporation and it has to regularised for passengers comfort not to conductors illegal earning. Was this information helpful? |
