PSM Travels — Not dropping in dropping points

I have booked a ticket from chennai to tirupur on 16.11.2015 on PSM travels. Dropping point mentioned as tirupur but driver told this bus is going to coimbatore and get down at perumanallur.when i asked for reason they are not ready to answer and asked me to get down in perumanallur else we will not stop anywhere near. And its not a travels its like town bus every where stopping and making the some local passengers to drop near by areas for drivers profit.
