Dear Sir The connection to my new apartment was done on 14-Jun-2013 (Ref # 46097). The first bill amount was Rs 3398 (Receipt # 323) paid on 26-Mar-2014. The subsequent bill raised on[protected] was for an amount Rs 16560/- . While I have made the bill payment (Ref # 9446463 on[protected], I am deeply concerned about the amount considering that the apartment has been vacant for the entire last bill payment period. This is also evident from the fact that the # o[censored]nits has jumped from 55 to 485 Units. I would request your urgent action to validate whether the bill is accurate or there are other reasons why this enormous consumption is being reflected when the apartment is vacant. Additionally, I would also request you to generate and forward the bill on a monthly basis to the contact email or address noted below.
