PSPCL — my complaint not resolved even after 6 hours of registration

Sir I m Pankaj from kitchlu nagar ludhiana. I made a complaint on [protected] at 10 pm with a request that in my area of kitchlu nagar f block there is some problem of electricity. And concerned official lodged my complaint with no.no.1831717. But whole night my complaint was not resolved. rather I received a message at about 3 am that your complaint has been resolved. I immediately called on center control Room but they did not pick my phone. Then I made a call to abovementioned no.[protected] but no satisfactory reply.reply . kindly lodge my complaint and take necessary steps. [protected] is my cell number.

Myself is Pankaj kumar JTO BSNL Nabha Telephone Exchange
On 23March2021 11:30am My BSNL KHOKH Village TOWER power supply disconnected due to transformer/pole fallen, But Still 24/03/2021 My BSNL KHOKH TOWER supply not connected, I booked my Complaint No:[protected], But on 24/3/2021 3:00pm msg comes that my complaint resolved, but actually my tower supply not comes, even transformer not installed, but fake automatically my complaint closed without my consent, So I again second complaint booked for same case.

Pspcl Nabha falsely resolved without my consent As already previous Complaint No:[protected] closed even still our Bsnl tower khokh site not power supply connected, not installed even transformer, as you check on 24/3/2021 Photos I clicked on 24 march2021 5:00pm evening, I m not satisfied with Pspcl work
Even I contact our Sde/xen NABHA, BUT NO ONE Serious to resolve my BSNL Khokh village Tower supply, As you know that BSNL GOVT.Department, like pspcl BSNL Provides services to customers.So kindly take actions Pspcl Nabha officers for it that why Pspcl Nabha Complaints resolved falsely, So I again booked my same Complaint No:[protected], So I requested PSPCL COMPLAINT CELL TO take serious action for my complaint,
