PSPCL — no action on filed complaint

We filed the complaint with complaint no1286709.. Bt no action on this.. We called the Xen of our area.. a His font was in waiting for two hrs..he was attending the call from germany.. N he can't do anything before 2 pm of next day..n said he is on duty for 24 hrs..what type of duty is he performing

i have complaint regarding phase. 1 phase is not working my complaint number is 1418702 . i have called them many times but they are not giving any response regarding my complaint . after one day i called them again an the answer they gave me was sir our oll line men are busy somewhere . when they ill be free we ill call u . an after that the number they gave me [protected]was not reachable. an till now also that number is not reachable . this is the service used to give by the pspcl staff kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible
