PSPCL — not getting monthly electricity bill

dear sir/madam, i subash chand s/o jagan nath contrat a/c no. [protected] did not get my monthly electricity bill. when check the online at https://wss.pspcl.in:56301/webdynpro/dispatcher/pspcl.com/quickbillpay/QuickBillApplication then it show such a big amount which i found incapable to pay. so, please resolve the issue immediately and send my electricity bill as quickly as possible
