Dear Sir, this is Ravi Kumar PB from Belllary, Bellary- District, Karnataka-State, My wife Parijatha K has sent a courier to Narasimha Reddy residing at Bagalakote on 03/12/2015 the docket number is 00065551, as you all know wthat is the duty of courier service it is shoul be delivered at the right time to the right person, but the said parcel has reached the place that is Bagalakote on 09/12/2015, but the person at PTPCC has not delivered to address and interm they have called Narasimha reddy over phone and asked him to collect the parcle as they will not deliver to the address mentioned in the parcel, when i approched the owner of PTPCC at Bellary branch (phone [protected]) even he is also very negligible and he is least bothered about how to talk to the customer. And we have urgency of court document with signed by receiver same day they signed the document and they sent through bus with same cover. After receiving the cover i observed that they opened the cover and checked the cover and changed the cover. I confirmed by the phone to Narasimhareddy that they sent same cover which is collected at courier. why the courier people opening the cover? I have the cover and docket acknowledgement copy. if this is the case then what is the purpose of sending it through courier, as u all know every one will be busy at their office and will not be able to collect at the office. kindly look into the matter and do needful regards Ravi kumar PB [protected]
