PTron — Company is not providing my warranty from last 3 months.

Address:Plot No. 2, 8-2-703/2/B Road Number 12, Banjara Hills Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034

It is highly impossible to contact with the company through calls and there are no useful email reply. They provide some type of ticket number which says that share your photo of buds which I have shared already 3 to 4 times.
The process is repeating same and same.
