PTron — Concern over refund of new headphones in replacement | |||
I was promised that my issues would be resolved .I emailed them my complaints about the previous default earphones ptron bassbuds lite, of which one side was not working nor charging.so because it was within warranty period I demanded them to be replaced. I was told to courier the default product to company adress which I did and was told to purchase a new one from Amazon and share all the details of the new product and bank details to continue the transaction .I did email them all the information twice but got no response .That's why I am worried about the refund happening or not. I have bought ptron bassbuds plus two red & black also shared the photo for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
