Please investigate my problem regarding order Ptron https://www.pickrr.com/track/[protected].
I received this purchase on the 30th and ordered through CRED, but for the past 2.5 weeks, both sides of the earphones have stopped working or charging. I would like to request that your team replace or service it so that it can be moved in functioning condition
