I have been emailing ptron support for ptron twin pro charging issue. I got information to courier the product for warranty claim and I did the same. It's been two weeks since i havent heard back from them. The response email I get as my ticket number noted to support team. If it has been noted my issue as to be resolved by now. Their support system is one of the worst. They don't even showcase an empathy to their consumers in response email. I need immediate resolution to my issue.
