I order PTron earbud from amazon on Friday 23 October 2020,

now it will not be working properly and according to the bill provided by your product having a one-year manufacturer warranty. So, I want to exchange my product. for that, I will try to call you many times, but no one picks up. So it my call my humble request to you please kindly pay attention to my problem.
