To proceed with the Warranty Claim please follow the steps below of "Product Dispatch for Warranty Claim"
1. Courier the product with the invoice (Mandatory) to our seller address as below preferably by India Post
Palred Retail Private Limited 8-2-703/2/8, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana Pin Code: 500034
2. Ensure to mention the Ticket No. on the package.
3. Once you return the product to our seller address, please share the tracking number and the courier name through which you have returned the product.
Please dispatch the product within 4 working days from the date of receipt of this email. The replacement policy will not be applicable if it exceeds 4 working days.
Alternatively, you can also go ahead and buy a new pTron product from Amazon.in of Original Invoice value or higher, help us with the order feedback, and product rating (to confirm the purchase). We will return the value of your Original (old) pTron product (as per the Original Purchase Invoice). Steps 1 to 3 above for "Product Dispatch for Warranty Claim" still apply.
