PTron — Refund not given till date ...product taken back already

This is what i wrote to them ...but still no refund received Dear Ptron customer Care Please Note I had purchased a Ptron power bank 16800 MAh but as it was not working properly : Complaint was registered and the power bank was picked up on 26 August 2015, I have POD proof as well that it has been delivered I received a call from your call center to confirm that the payment will be refunded to my account for which details were provided to them ...
