PTron — Warranty scam by you

I purchase a earphone . went off in 10 days i asked for replacement you you said buy another we will pay the same amount back to you . i purchased ptron tango for 1500 again . now you said this wont work so purchase it from amazon only i did that too . then after doing all what you had asked . you stopped replying to my email . contact email [protected]@gmail.com
