Sir i hereby being informed to you that the public pond which is near the gulab yadav premises located at mundera gaon in allahabad. It is occupied by the man named dhaara singh yadav. The man which is that very fast occuping pond to build his home and animal hut in case that the man could easily occupy on. Water level of the pond is rapidly falling down.in turn the pond in the summer to be dry. Now a days the man occupied half of the pond. Plzz take an action as per legal.
