Public — I m complaining about garbage in front of our house , people using it like dumping area

Name of complainant- Pankaj Longwani
We live ward no.51 Bagar chowk area
People are throwing garbage in spite of we stopped everyone, still people are using like dumping station, and there is not public dustbin available, even few times ago there was they throwing garbage out of the dustbin

I request you to please keep a board and imposed fine for throwing waste so they should fear of being penalized.
