Public Sector Insurance Co. — APGVB bank money is Deducted from but im not taken the money from my account I complaint past 1 month back no response

I used some ATM to windraw my amount from near to my house, 10000/- rupees amount is cutted from my account but i didn't get my money,
so i raised a complaint on 24-AUG-2020 in the bank but there is no response from bank side, instead helping the bank employee, they are saying like we are not responsible for your money . i feel very bad, can any help with that
