I have order 2 trainers on the 25th of November 2022, which were never delivered by Evri.
I have contacted Puma on the 16th of January 2023 for a refund as the delivery was no were to be found, to which they told me the refund process will only start once they receive the parcel at their warehouse. Today, the 11th of February 2023 I still have no updates, no refund, not even the process started. Puma doesn’t provide any insurances to their customers, this is completely unacceptable! It has been 3 months now!
