I have purchase one pair of puma shoes from yours exclusive show room at The Mall Shimla worth rupees 4000/- on dated 06 nov. 2015. One shoes is teared from one side. I have also lost the bill of the shoes. I want to replace/repair these shoes.Kindly suggest me what to do?
