I purchased a PUMA BMW MOTORSPORT SHOE on 7th AUGUST, 2014. I wore that shoe only four times and the stitches of the shoes start coming out for its right shoe. I used to be proud customer of PUMA and only preferred PUMA for my footwear but with this type of quality I'm really surprised. I have given that back to the PUMA showroom from where I have purchased it and they told me that they will call me but its more than a week and there is no response. I want my shoe to be replaced. Please take action as fast as possible. My claim form number is 976 and article number is 30509501.
