[Resolved] Puma India — Payment done, order not placed... Not much support from customer care

I placed an order from Puma India app and made an UPI payment .. The payment got deducted but the order didn't get placed in the app and it shows that the money is being received by the company .. Need help in either getting the refund or getting my order placed ASAP.

The company called me and have assured that it will be resolved in next 24-48 hours ..
Not received my order or payment back yet.
Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
