Hi,
I wish to inform you that I had purchased a pair of shoes on the Order Number[protected]/2403664, from your official site on dated -28.11 2022 and total amount paid was Rs-6411.79 On unpacking the box at home it looks ok and when i wear first time than, I found that both the shoes are defective and some blue colour is coming up and being a regular buyer of your brand’s product make it difficult for me to accept the product recieved and trust on brand, i am very upset with the quality and defective product which i recieved, i can’t believe that being a popular brand such low quality product will be provided to the customer and i have attached the copy of invoide and shoes picture with this mail and also cross checked same invoice at Exclusive Puma store but they said it is not original and shoes is relplica, please check.
I, therefore, request you to kindly replace the pair with a new one or refund the money.
I will be thankful if the matter can be attended to at the earliest.
