The order was returned on 15th Oct 2022 and till date the refund has not been processed to the source.
I have been mailing and calling repeatedly but in vain there is only one response “ sorry for inconvenience, your issue has been escalated and is taking more time than usual.
Kindly resolve the issue with refund or else just deny that you can’t refund the amount. It is a harassment to customers.
