I refer to the website of PMPML The Pune bus service. It has very poor interface
1. The list of bus numbers is not sorted correctly
2. For any search it always says No routes available
3. Not all Bus numbers available under Journey Planner. Only a handful of items reflect under the drop down
4. Map feature does not work
5. Overall search is not user friendly
6. No information about the timings or frequency of the buses. This is important because some buses ply only at interval of 1 hour.
7. Trying to submit feedback, despite entering all fields, it still says All fields required and does not submit the feedback form.
