This is a urgent complaint on the Illegal construction rapidly going on in the Warje-Karvenagar Ward Office.
- Date on indicident : 1 May 2021 and going on now.

- Severe issue of high rise construction and non compliance to Fire, Safety and Electrical issues.

The said construction is going on with very high storied building which is not sanctioned and not authorised.. 4 floors slab is completed and more than 5 floors are planned which is going to exceed the limits imposed by PMC.
It is brought to the notice of the owner however has ignored the request by the neighbours.

This construction is visible from main road and still no action is taken yet by the officials.. so request to please act immediately to stop further construction to avoid any issues of Fire and Safety.
A copy of this complaint is sent to required Commissioner office for further attention in govt.
Request very urgent action and continuous observation is requested to show vigilance in this.
