[Resolved]  Pune Municipal Corporation — illegal Shop construction in parking area

illegal Shop construction in parking area Dear Sir, We have purchased flat in Pune in 2010, society called Aroma Residency, in Kharadi, Pune. there are only 11 flats in the society, where only place for parking and 1BHK flat. there Builder with help of local person had constructed the 2 shops in Parking area, when society menebers asked for it they said it is illegal you take action what ever you can, we also launched the complaint in police station. This is residency flat where in there commerial Shops are 100% illegal for which we have evidence, but no one is taking any action.
