Respected Sir/Madam I am trying to get a death certificate online for which I have downloaded the Puneconnect app. However it does not allow to register giving an error failed to send sms even though the mobile being in complete network. I have tried all the options I.e. connecting with the Google profile and even on the websites available on the websites. Can you please look into the issue as not only do I need it for death certificate but also for other services as property tax and so on. Please let me know as to when would this site be functional.
