Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Closure of home loan

I had applied for closure of my home loan with request generated on 19/5/2023. it was informed to me that within 21 days the process would be completed. but, instead of doing anything about it they are continuing with deducting installments monthly. i have been writing to them and calling consumer helpline too. They are just not ready to close my home loan.
i am being harassed and my plans dependent on foreclosure of home loan have gone for a toss.
