I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking out a housing loan with PNB Housing. While it was quite easy to enter into this arrangement, the process of foreclosure turned into a complete disaster due to the bank's uncooperative and unresponsive nature.
Throughout the foreclosure process, PNB Housing was completely uncooperative and provided no assistance. Despite our persistent efforts to follow up on our foreclosure request, we were met with silence and indifference. It became increasingly apparent that PNB Housing follows its own set of rules, disregarding the well-being of its clients and exhibiting a lack of professionalism in the service industry.
Our branch manager was of no help either, ignoring our calls and showing no signs of concern for our predicament. This lack of responsiveness has not only tarnished the bank's reputation in our eyes but has also led us to question their commitment to customer service.
It is truly disheartening to see a housing finance bank like PNB Housing, which is supposed to be a reliable financial partner, turn its back on its clients when they need assistance the most. The foreclosure process was a nightmare, and I would not wish such an experience upon anyone.
I strongly advise against choosing PNB Housing for any financial needs, as their lack of support and unresponsiveness during crucial times can lead to immense stress and financial hardship. My experience with them has been nothing short of disastrous, and I hope others can learn from my ordeal and avoid making the same mistake.
