Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you in regards to the Loan closure letter for my Home Loan account number HOU/BAN/0716/300046.
I have raised a request on 27th June 2023 (SR[protected] with all the required documents. I have been following up with customer care for the past 2 weeks but yet to receive the Loan Closure letter. It was escalated also on 24th July (SR[protected] to higher authority but no response from the last two weeks.
I always get a very standard response that it is under process and you'll get the approval any time, there is no reason provided for delay. Now I have funds, I want to close the loan but I can't because of this closure letter.
This is very unprofessional customer service in my humble opinion. I am now incurring interest on a daily basis because I can't close my loan just because some process is broken in your organisation.
