Dear Sir/Ma’am,
1. This is to bring in your kind notice that I have taken a LAP loan ( from PNB HFL Agra Branch.) I was forced to take the loan insurance despite of the fact that I said no for the Loan insurance of Rs 50000. Regarding this, I have already denied at the time of applying for the loan. When the associate (Saurya Tiwari) give me the section letter, I saw the charge of insurance charge of 50, 000/. I asked the Associate as well as the team leader (Dharmendra Sharma). They both assure me that that will be waived of after disbursement. I the time of check handover, I raised the same concern. That time credit manager (Ankit) and Team leader (Dharmendra sharma) again assure its very simple for us, Don’t worry about it just call customer care and they will resolve it.
On the next day, I call Pnb housing customer care and raised the request for cancellation of insurance. Customer care responded that it would take 7 days for the cancellation of insurance.
After 7 days I call customer care and did not get any positive response. I have mailed the team leader and nodal officer regarding this concern.
Still taking the follow up with PNB, But not getting the any response. Was this information helpful? |
