As i am going to sell the house, I raised the loan closure request with the Branch on 22nd of November and dropped mail to customer care on 23rd of November. Still I didn't get any response or approval for my loan closure request. I contacted customer care nearly 25 times. They are saying that they contacted me on 9, 19 & 21st december. But I didn't receive any call back. I dropped mail to the customer care along with the sale deed & continuously contacting customer care to check the status, always They are telling me to wait for 24 - 48 hours to get a call back from your side. I contacted on 23rd december, it crossed nearly 96hrs but still i didn't receive any call back. Even today I contacted the customer care, they were saying the same status that i need to wait for another 24hrs. I contacted the Branch office as well, They said that they will check the status & will call back but no response from their side as well. It is eating my time. Am also a working woman, so I can't continuously contact the customer care. But still I hardly contacted the customer care 25 times. But not getting the proper response as well as the call back from your end. Please consider my concern and help me for the same. Your proper action would be much helpful for me.
