[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — No response from bank even after one month for lod and foreclosure letter

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400607

I had requested lod and foreclosure letter for my home loan ([protected]) on 24th may 2016.

The documents for which bank is going to charge me 1050/- rs.

I have not received any intimation from bank till date, despite of the fact that i am continuously following up with bank over email.

You can imagine why i am transferring my home loan to other bank.

Expecting response asap.

Received a mail from bank stating 'We acknowledge your request to change of ROI'.
I am surprised to know that I had never requested change in ROI.
My request was for 2 documents 1) LOD and 2) Foreclosure letter.

Please clarify.
