I had not informed about the Loan Interest changes % details and the PM Subsidy benefit’s even more than a year time(HOU/CHE/1118/607317)
Due to their lethargic works I’m the one suffering more than a year not getting the PM subsidy Scheme supports. Still I’m not getting the OTP due to
My mobile number was entered WRONGLY (Who’s bearing the Interest for the loan amounts more than 8 months even wavering the sufficient times to process by the PNB finance, because their team is not entered our details properly)
Also I’m not receiving any OTP for verify the uploaded file details uploaded on Jan-2020 as per their previous mails communication and the Assement ID C[protected]
So, Requesting your immediate intervene to take the necessary action to clear the same and need resolution for the pains for the higher % charges and PM Subsidy weaver on timely means we may charged to lower Interest %
Note: If the neither ECS not processed due to mismatch Signatures nor Insufficient money means Pnb will not bothered about the money and the Borrower’s... Whatever & Where ever the possibilities to get contact the borrower to contact for further actions, then how can stats that wrongly entered our details earlier applied for PM Subsidy Scheme??? Who’s suffers with huge interests rates????
While I applies it was 9.10% but later it was 9.60% (while intract with your CC team comes to know that without any information to us, when it’s got revised to 9.60% ???) now it’s getting revised to 9.25% !
If any changed made to my loan amount charges should brought to the borrowers knowledge or not? I need your action and resolution at the earliest.
