Punjab Roadways — Charged for carrying a luggage

Sir/madam,
I have general query about passenger carrying luggage along with him during journey in punbus volvo bus services, as today on 08.10.2016 saturday early morning around 0500 hrs i am travelling from chandigarh to pathankot seat no 22, purchased from counter no-3, isbt-43, punbus no -1915, w bill:115115, mac id:88830715, c:pc20, d:ctd30, make-mercides benz, as i am carrying a brand new kids bicycle which is dismantled & packed in a cartoon & not more then 8 to 10 kg of weight, i am having its proper bill & it's for personal domestic use but the conductor charged half ticket for the same vide details mentioned above. I tried to represent the bill also but he didnt listened any word & suggested me to deborad the bus. Where i felt harassed, kindly have your kind words so that i could could feel justified not cheated. Relevent reply is requested hope to listen from you soon.
