Punjab Roadways — Complaint against rude behaviour of conductor

Hi I was travel from ISBT kashmiri gate Delhi to Jalandhar on 23-08-23 time 7.06 pm. Volvo punbus Ludhiana depot bus number is PB10GX0103. The behaviour of conductor is very very rude i think he takes any drugs. First he misbehave with one Punjab roadways driver on counter number 24 ISBT for parking and after that he use rude words and misbehave with senior citizen patient age 70. Kindly take strict action against him i already share the ticket and bus picture with Transport Minister of Punjab .
