Punjab Roadways — conductor misbehave

Respected sir,
I am sourav arora from shahkot, district jalandhar student of DAV College. I travel daily from shahkot to jalandhar for my college. Today morning your employee misbehave with me aa well as with some other passengers...bus number is PB29N 9203...actually bus was full with passenger nd there was not easy to stand and my bus pass was in the bag and bag lying near of driver...conducter came and asked me for the ticket and I replied wait my bag is on other side...let me pick and then will show you. But conducter shout on me not 1 tym 3-4 time...it was very embracing for me...nd I also shout on him bcoz he has used this bad behave with me 2-3 time before sir. If you don't believe me...here Is the number of other passenger whom support me...his name is De. Vijay behl and his number is [protected]...u can ask him how conducter behaved then all this angry me...but mr behal support me...After that I told him I'll complaint against you ...sir what was that...After that conducter told I will cancel your bus pass...then he call to someone nd tell him I misbehave with him...then I talked and tell him all matter nd he replied defore some days 1 person who don't have bus pass through this conducter punished...sir will you tell me please what was my fault...?
