Punjab Roadways — Driver gave wrong information

I took bus from ISBT 43 to Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh bus no 2910 nangal depot started 5.45 from 43 sec. After reaching una Bus stand driver stoped bus and I asked him when bus will go, he told me it will take 30 minutes I went out for food and came back after 10 minutes and didn't find bus. I asked here and there and they said bus has departed and stop only 2 minutes, now I have my bag and other things in bus who is responsible for that ? Very wrong thing that driver told about information about departure. Now I have to bear una to Hamirpur fare again . Please resolve my query for refund from una to Hamirpur because wrong information of driver I didn't travel . Very bad experience with Punjab roadways and that driver which doesn't have sence how to manage passenger and giving them false information
