Punjab Roadways — driver talk rudely and use abuses

Dear Sir, Yesterday on 15th Jan, 2015 I was travelling from Delhi to Jalandhar in Punjab roadways AC deluxe bus.On the way it stop at "Dhaba". Before that conductor DID NOT count the number of passengers. There I change my seat from seat number 19 to 6 as it was vacant. After the journey start, people shout one passenger (me) is missing.I told the conductor I have shifted my seat from back to front. For this reason only DRIVER talk rudely and give abuses to me. Kindly, take action strict action against that driver for his shameful behavior otherwise I will complaint to higher authority.
