Punjab Roadways — Misbehavior by conductor and driver and providing other private bus opportunities to grab passenger and acting as middleman bus

I was in a bus pb10ff4049 and I was literally pushed out of the bus and embarrassed in whole bus stand but to my surprise. The incident was that conductor doesn't want to stop at the by bus stops which are ment for routine stop and to that I just wanted know y if the route is same. He than with his bus stop mob who came to me at once as if they will kill me.
