Punjab State Electricity Board, Kharar, Punjab — Dim light every night

I am resident of crystal homes in sector 127, sante majra. Everyday there is problem of dim light. Why is this issue? Please rectify on priority basis. In this hot climate, due to dim power supply, Ac coolers and even fan not working properly.
