Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — 02 different bill for same period

Sir bill no [protected] got 02 bills for same period March and April Rs 60 and Rs 70
I have already paid Rs 60 but second bill of Rs 70 again showing due.
It is not understood that two bills for same period how to handle.
