Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Complaint for dangerous open wires in front of home

Please note in front of my house electricity pole with open wiring that are very dangerous for us. my complaint is please set all wires are systematically.
because open wires are very dangerous to our children's. please look into the meter very seriously & resolve on early basis.
